Garbe Park Chomutov is a project which offers modern industrial space for rent located near the centre of the city of Chomutov. The project is realised in the industrial area of the Ústí nad Labem Region, with a dense motorway, road and railway network. The nearby exit 78 off the D7 motorway provides a direct connection to the border with Germany, with the motorway crossing to Germany (St. Sebastian Mountain – Reitzenhain) located a mere 20 km from the park. The project’s location thus offers potential for not only collaboration with the German supplier market, but also the relocation of the operation from Germany to Chomutov.
